留言內容: hello? We are planning a trip to Taiwan around April next year. There are three people, one of whom uses a wheelchair. Can you recommend a travel destination that has well-equipped facilities for the disabled? If so, I would like to know if such a program exists and the cost. What we are most concerned about is the toilet issue. I need to help my daughter, who is in a wheelchair, with a toilet problem. thank you

留言內容: We have 4 adults and 2 elderly in wheelchairs. One elder in wheelchair need to be lifted to the vehicle. The other elder can get up the vehicle with assistance. We have at least 8 pieces of luggage, a foldable walking frame and the 2 wheelchairs. We arrive in Taipei on 7 December 2024 evening and will depart Taipei on 19 December 2024. We need wheelchair transport during our entire trip. Upon arrival on 7 Dec, we would like to travel to Taichung for a few days and then back to Taipei. We don't really need a tour guide. We speak English, Chinese and a little bit of Hokkien. We need help with the wheelchair transport and the travel itinerary including good food options. We eat pork , however we have a Muslim in our group - while we do not need Halal food, we need non-pork option. We can provide more details later,. Let me know if you can help with a quote/proposal.

留言內容: My family planned to visit Taiwan sometime in October. My father need a wheelchair for about 8 days. At the airport the wheelchair service is taken care by the airport. May I ask about the charges for using the electric wheelchair for 8 days? We will be staying at Taipei.

my group of five people will be traveling to Taiwan May 18 through May 20. We arrive in Taiwan at 7 PM. One person relies on her wheelchair 24/7. She cannot get out of her chair at all. We are currently seeking a company that has a wheelchair accessible vehicle with a ramp to enter and exit, who could possibly transferred us from the Taiwan Taoyon international airport to ArTree hotel and vice versa. On May 19, we are seeking a tour around Taiwan.on May 20 we have to be back at the airport by noon.How much will it cost?

I am currently visiting my son in New Taipei City and found your website while looking for accessible tours. I do not need a wheelchair, but do have a walker as I am limited in how far I can walk. I am looking for something to do during the week while my son and his wife are working.

1) Are you able to recommend a tour that would be suitable and accommodate transporting the walker instead of a wheelchair?

2) If my husband is available to travel with me, what additional charge would there be?

I have 3 person on motorised wheelchair wish to tour Taiwan selected attraction in for 4 days 3nights, in Taichung, includes arrival pick-up and send to Taoyuan airport.
