第3天（4月29日） - 香格里拉休闲农场至山形阁酒店与温泉，途中在张梅阿嬷的农场停留（总服务时间：大约4小时）

第4天（4月30日） - 山形阁酒店与温泉至台北君品酒店

我们是四人家庭，携带三件28英寸的行李和一部轮椅。我们需要一辆能够容纳轮椅和行李的车辆。
