本公司的輪椅接送服務是客戶從家裡帶病人到復康巴士車旁,由我們的服務人員接手後使用升降機到復康巴士內,我們沒有提供送病人至家中臥室,還請見諒.

多扶回覆: The fare for a rehabilitation bus from Taoyuan International Airport to Taipei Main Station is NTD 1,600. Our standard service hours are from 09:30 to 18:00. For services extending beyond these hours, an overtime fee of NTD 250 per hour will be applied.

1. 是否可以從機場開始租借？（還是需要自己去店面取用？）

a.我們可以提供運送輪椅到機場給您,但是會收取運費.
運費是$1600(單趟)(時間是09:40-18:00 如果超過這段時間將會收取超時費每小時$200)
b.建議您可以到店面自取以節省費用,我們的營業時間是星期一到星期五 09:00～18:00
　
2. 每日租金是多少？
每周$500 每月$1,000 押金$1,000(押金再歸還輪椅時歸還)

留言內容: 1. main focus is my 80 years old who can use walker to walk for 2 meters and need to be on wheelchair most of the time.
2. sometime interesting to keep my 2 teenagers 18 & 19 years old engaged
3. we are all vegetarians without garlic/onion but dairy is ok
4. Mandarin is the best
5. since there are 5 of us, 2 rooms with one for 3 person is best. If use Min Su is also ok.
6. i think we can go on own with public transport for a few days (please ensure hotel is wheelchair accessible and next to train).
7. Need a proposal on travel plan
